Alathra:Official lore
Official lore is the designation for all background worldbuilding done by the Alathra staff team. This mostly includes:
- All lore of the Old World
- Past and present interactions between the Old World and the New World
- Major races and their histories
- Lore of the Spawn, Nether and End realms
- Alathran cosmology
+ interactive lore elements planned in future releases
All official lore pages will be protected from edits by regular users and will carry this banner at the top of the page:

Can I include any official lore in my own lore projects?
Yes, we want to encourage the usage of official lore by the playerbase, but doing so comes with a few rules. It is important that the continuity and message of any official lore remain intact and not affected by your lore project. You cannot change events or history after they have taken place, nor can you decide the future of any story, character plot or event that has yet to conclude in official lore. Your own interaction with the world of Alathra, whether through your character, town or nation, may have influence on any evolving official lore, but you cannot write onto it directly.
You must also remain sensible in your inclusion of official lore. Consider the limitations of geographical travel, time periods and the lore status of any character you wish to use.
