Runebearer
The Runebearer, named Kaelzar Moonborn, is currently the only source of runes and is located at the Runebearer's Lodge in Spawn. The shop rotates each day changing the shattered runes. There are currently two pages in the magic shop, 3 Shattered runes per page. All shattered runes require levels to purchase.
